What you get
Messages arrive from YOURBRAND, not an unknown number. We handle the NCA registration that makes it work in Ghana.
Paste a list or import your contacts. Numbers are cleaned and formatted to +233 automatically, with duplicates removed.
Queue a campaign for Monday at 8am and forget it. Useful for fee reminders, payday promos and service announcements.
Every message gets its own status from the network — delivered, pending or failed. Not a percentage. The actual list.
Write Hi {{name}} once and each person gets their own name, balance or due date filled in.
Anyone who asks to stop goes on your suppression list and is skipped in every future campaign, automatically and permanently.

How it works
Sign up at app.zensmsgh.com with your business details. It takes a minute and costs nothing.
Tell us the name you want on the phone. We submit it to the NCA — approval usually lands within 1–2 business days.
Load credit onto your account. You are charged per message sent, and unused credit stays yours.
Paste your list, write the message, check the cost, send. Delivery reports start arriving within seconds.
Sender IDs & the rules
In Ghana, the name that shows on a recipient's phone has to be registered with the National Communications Authority before any network will carry it. Unregistered names get blocked, and messages sent from a plain number get ignored. We do this registration for you as part of setting up your account.

Questions
Still unsure? Email support@zensmsgh.com and a person will answer.
Yes. That name is called a sender ID — up to 11 letters or digits. Once the NCA approves it, every message you send arrives under that name on MTN, Telecel and AT.
No. A sender name is send-only, which is how bulk SMS works everywhere, not just here. If you want replies, include a WhatsApp number or phone number in the message text.
SMS is billed in segments of 160 characters. Go over that and it becomes two segments. Accented letters and emoji switch the message to a different encoding where a segment is only 70 characters — so a single emoji can double your cost. The composer counts segments as you type so there are no surprises.
Mobile Money or card. You top up your account balance, and each message sent draws it down. There is no subscription and your credit does not expire.
You can sign up and load your contacts immediately. The only wait is sender-name approval from the NCA, normally 1–2 business days.
Yes — send only to people who gave you their number for this purpose. Buying a contact list is the fastest way to get complaints, and complaints get sender names blocked. Anyone who asks to stop should go on your opt-out list, which the platform then skips forever.
Only your account. Contacts and campaigns are kept per account and are not shared with other customers or sold to anyone.
No commitment — the smallest bundle is GHS 45 for 1,000 messages, and your credits never expire. Bigger bundles simply carry a cheaper rate per SMS.
